Key Principle: Data Sovereignty
All your files and data are stored in YOUR Google Drive account. We never keep copies on our servers. You have full ownership and control.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Company name, contact person, email address, WhatsApp number
- Usage Data: Feature usage statistics, message counts, timestamps
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the SitePlus Service
- Process your delivery orders, voice reports, and photos
- Send you service-related communications
- Improve and optimize our Service
3. Data Storage
All your content (photos, documents, data records) is stored in your own Google account. You can access your data anytime through Google Drive or Sheets.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to deliver SitePlus. For the complete list, see our Subprocessors page. Key services include:
- WhatsApp (Meta): Messaging platform
- Twilio: WhatsApp message delivery
- Google: Drive storage (your account), Calendar and Gmail (if you enable them)
- OpenAI: AI processing (via our AI service) for document/image/voice analysis
- Vultr (Singapore): Application hosting
5. Google User Data
SitePlus uses Google APIs (Drive API with drive.file scope) to create and manage files in the user's own Google Drive account. This includes creating spreadsheets for data records and uploading document images to organized folders.
SitePlus does not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data to third parties. SitePlus does not access, read, or modify any pre-existing files in the user's Google Drive. SitePlus only accesses files and spreadsheets that it has created.
All Google user data is stored exclusively in the user's own Google Drive account. Users can revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings or through the SitePlus Portal.
SitePlus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Your Rights

7. How We Process Your Data
When you use SitePlus via WhatsApp:
- Your messages, photos, and voice notes are processed to provide the requested features (e.g., DO extraction, invoice summaries, reminders).
- Our primary application processing runs on servers in Singapore. However, WhatsApp/Twilio and Google services may process and store data in other locations depending on their operations.
- Extracted outputs (e.g., DO records, invoice summaries, reports) are saved to YOUR Google Drive (your account).
- We do not keep your business documents long-term on our servers. Content may be cached temporarily for processing and is deleted within 24 hours.
- We store only the minimum operational data needed to run the service: your WhatsApp number, site configuration, Google authorization metadata/tokens (encrypted), and minimal security/audit logs (not document content).
8. Your Control
- You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account connected apps or via your Portal settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated configuration data.
- If enabled, you may reset the assistant memory for your site via WhatsApp command or by contacting support.
