By accessing or using SitePlus ("Service"), operated by SEEPLUS PTE LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
SitePlus is a WhatsApp-based construction site management tool designed for Singapore subcontractors.
3. Data Storage and Ownership
Your Data Belongs to You. All files and data processed through SitePlus are stored in your own Google Drive account. We do not retain copies of your files on our servers.
4. Subscription and Payment
- All plans include a 14-day free trial
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEEPLUS PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
7. Data Processing Acknowledgment
By using SitePlus, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and that third-party services listed on our Subprocessors page are involved in delivering the service.
